Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking by the salon. You can park directly in front of our suite and on the side of the building. Also there is a large parking lot for the strip mall next to us that allows our clients to use.
Cancellation and No-show Policy
We understand the need for flexibility in our client’s hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. We make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. Please give at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you to avoid a cancellation fee. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify your stylist at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charge and allow them enough time to fill the appointment. The cancellation charge varies by stylist so please check with them.
Not feeling great?
If you are feeling under the weather, please give us ample notice and we will be happy to setup a new appointment for you once you've recovered. This is better for everyone to stay healthy!
Late Policy
Please be on time for appointments and if you are going to be late, please let us know. We will do the same. If you arrive late for your appointment your services may have to be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation/no show fee may apply.
Product Returns
A very lightly used product may be returned within 30 days from purchase. Make sure to reach out to your stylist with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product
Child Safety Policy
For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, and to ensure the best experience during your visit, children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a scheduled service.
For safety and insurance reasons, children under the age of 12 may not accompany you during your appointment. Our salon does not have the facilities to supervise children, and we cannot guarantee their safety in a professional environment.
